Sunrise Bed & Breakfast is purpose built, architecturally designed and landscaped. It is situated in beautiful Brunkerville in NSW at the southern "Gateway" to the Hunter Valley, minutes from Lake Macquarie and a short drive to the Hunter vineyards. The B & B nestles against the stunning Watagan Mountains and offers solitude, serenity, relaxation and privacy.

Sunrise Bed & Breakfast is a traditional B & B designed for adults. It is the perfect place to relax after a hectic week, for that special romantic getaway, or for those of you who just want to escape from life's hustle and bustle for a short while.  For your convenience we have minimum one (1) night stays.

Our guests can enjoy a sumptuous homestyle cooked breakfast in the breakfast/sitting room before enjoying, maybe a day out at the vineyards or a cruise on beautiful Lake Macquarie. Play croquet on our full sized croquet lawn, practice your golf, tackle part of the Great North Walk or just relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee on your private deck. Be as relaxed or active as you like.  The breakfast/sitting room has a gas log fire for those cold winter nights.

Hunter Wine Country offers some of Australia's finest wines with breathtaking panoramas of the vineyards, mountains and valleys.  Gardens, golf courses, galleries, antique shops, craft and gift stores and award winning cafes and restaurants are numerous throughout the local area.

Toronto, on Lake Macquarie, is ten minutes by car to the east and Newcastle is about half an hour away.  The Central Coast to the south is approximately 30 minutes by car.

Each of the large luxury queen size suites has spacious bathrooms and views through triple sliding doors over the croquet lawn to the Watagan Mountains. Each suite also has separate air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric blankets, tea and coffee making facilities with a bar fridge for that special bottle of wine, quality linen, flat screen TV/CD/DVD.
