One night minimum stays

Sunday to Thursday $160.00 (AUD) per couple per night

Accommodation includes a self-serve  continental breakfast consisting of juice, fresh fruit, cereals, breads for toasting, spreads and tea coffee.

Friday & Saturday $220.00 (AUD) per couple per night

Accommodation includes a leisurely breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs cooked many different
ways with sausages and bacon, french toast with bacon and maple syrup or
scrambled eggs and smoked salmon just to name a few selections.

Discounts apply for more than one night stays. 

Each room includes
Queen size bed with quality linen and bedding
Full size bathroom with quality toiletries, towels and hair dryer
Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan
Electric blanket
Flat screen TV/DVD/CD
Tea and coffee making facilities with bar fridge
Bedside digital clock radio
Ironing board and iron
Private deck with casual table and chairs
Covered private car parking is provided with separate private entrance to the rooms.

• Check in time - from 3:00pm (flexible). Check out time - up to 11:00am
• To confirm your accommodation 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required as a deposit. The balance is required on arrival.
• All information supplied is confidential.
• Two (2) weeks’ notice for a full refund is required. A $30.00 Administration fee will apply.
• Sunrise B & B is not designed for children and is a non-smoking property.
• To maintain the peacefulness and relaxing qualities we do not cater for extra adults in the rooms and no pets except guide dogs.
• Excessive damage or soiling to rooms will result in an extra charge to be determined.
• Hosts consent for guests to have visitors on site is required.
